Shipping

Orders are received and processed daily. We require 2 to 3 business days for processing before orders are shipped.

In-stock items ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Priority Mail. Items may ship separately, and take 4 to 10 business days for delivery in the Continental US.

Items on back order are ordered from the manufacturer and shipped as soon as we receive them. Delivery time varies from 2 to 6 weeks depending on manufacturer.

Shipping charges are automatically calculated by the size of your order. The chart below details these charges as they will appear at checkout.

Returns

Any Merchandise purchased from 10-8 Supply.com is fully returnable as long as it is still in the original packaging and in unused condition. All returns must clearly show our (RA) Return Authorization number on the outside of the package. Returns will not be accepted without an RA Number. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving the item, and a 25% restocking fee is applicable on any return not due to an error on the part of 10-8 Supply.com.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR RETURNING ITEMS

If you have decided to return an item purchased from us within the past 30 days you must do the following:

1. Contact us by email at sales@10-8supply.com or contact us by phone at (562) 947-9181. Include your full name and order number along with which item is being returned and for what reason.
2. We will email you within 48 hours with your (RA) Return Authorization Number.
3. You will then repackage the item making sure to clearly write the (RA) Return Authorization Number on the outside of the package.
4. A call tag will be issued for all returns.
5. Once the item has been received, we will credit the full amount of the item minus the 25% restocking fee to the credit card used for the purchase.
